P&S Transportation - Drivers
This cargo securement manual is intended for use as a practical reference and information guide for our employee drivers. It is not a replacement for professional experience or live training conducted by a qualified instructor. Following the policies and procedures in this manual, as well as your instructors, is required and will assist you in loading and transporting our customers’ products safely and without any damage.
Safety is extremely important to the Company and must be equally important to our employees. Securement-related losses can result in suffering, waste, lost profits, and negatively impact our customer relationships. We never want our employees to take any action that is unsafe or illegal. We genuinely care about the health and safety of our employees and the motoring public. Our employees have the responsibility and authority to make the decision to refuse to haul any freight they deem unsafe.
