This Independent Contractor Cargo Securement Manual is intended for use as a practical reference and information guide. It is not a replacement for professional experience or live training you may choose to get from a qualified instructor. Following the policies and procedures in this manual, which are derived from industry best practices, safety regulations and customer requirements, should assist contractors/drivers in complying with the terms of their Independent Contractor Operating Agreement (“ICOA”) with the Company.
This manual completely replaces and supersedes any other cargo securement manual you may have been provided by the Company or any of its affiliates.
